Buyers are increasingly putting the spotlight on supplier management in the new era of business austerity. But how can suppliers turn this potential threat into an opportunity. Spud Murphy consulted on the award winning Premier Foods and British Sugar supplier relationship management programme and shares some insights into developing mutually beneficial buyer/supplier partnerships.
