Ones to Watch with the Financial Director magazine.

Have you ambitions to be a top financial director in the future?  The Ones to Watch Accolades, the first of their kind in the profession, have been developed to support such ambition.

The initiative has been established by leading cost, purchase and supplier management specialists, Expense Reduction Analysts in conjunction with Financial Director magazine, to celebrate the achievements of the profession in the last 12 months and specifically those financial directors making a name for themselves in their respective companies. It has been designed to reflect the broadening requirements of today’s aspiring FDs, who are operating in an increasingly competitive and changing business landscape, not to mention one of the harshest ever economic climates in recent history. Consequently, FDs have an even greater role in setting the direction of the business and delivering on strategy.

20 Ones to Watch will be selected on the basis of what aspiring FDs have brought to their organisations in terms of leadership; sound financial planning; innovation; decisiveness; communication skills and clear operational improvement. All 20 Ones to Watch will be recognised for their achievements at a celebratory lunch on Thursday 3rd November 2011 at Scotts of Mayfair and in a special 16 page supplement to appear in Financial Director magazine’s November issue.

Financial Directors will need to nominate themselves by completing the entry form below. Alternatively if you would like to enter someone please complete the form on behalf of the person you wish to put forward. It is free to enter and the closing date is Wednesday 31st August.
