Things that you may not know about your DX bill:

Your Document Exchange (DX) annual subscription is paid in advance.
The invoice is based on estimate.
The accuracy of the subscription is confirmed solely by DX (the supplier) based on a two week consecutive monitoring period.
It is your responsibility to ensure that monitoring is completed accurately by your staff.
Monitoring is only completed once per annum.

Questions you may want to consider:

Are we getting good value for money by using DX?
Could our annual subscription be more than we should be paying?
How can I accurately calculate what we should be paying?
Are there less expensive alternatives to DX?
