►What do I do – Client manage new and existing Clients, ensuring delivery of the overall Profit Improvement plan. I also specialise in Parcel distribution working with a wide variety of clients delivering both cost savings and enhanced service levels wherever possible.
►What do we deliver – We deliver significant enhancements in Profit by way Of Cost and Purchase management. Our extensive knowledge of the supply chain simply cannot be replicated by our Clients. We have top level expertise in over 100 different cost areas. E.g. Insurance, Banking, Print, Distribution and Logistics, Property etc. Each project is undertaken to deliver cost savings without adversely affecting quality of products or supply. Our contingent promise is unless we find a saving whilst meeting business needs, there is no fee !
Using our knowledge and influence in the market place we, on average, save 20% for our Clients.
