My career has been focused on running SME's as MD with a bias towards Finance, Operations, and Project work. I am at heart a problem solver and relationship builder rather than a salesman or a technical expert. For 20 years, the project and operational planning work I did was under the additional pressure of fulfilling the demands of the highest animal welfare standards. Risking prosecution by the RSPCA for the slightest oversight tends to focus the mind on operational excellence!
Together with my MBA, this background has given given me the skill set to develop my current business.
