ERA is delighted to have helped Lyreco to begin its transition to an all-electric delivery fleet. Lyreco has chosen the Renault Master E-Tech as the vehicle that will drive this change.
The Master E-Tech order has been managed via ERA fleet cost management expert Sean Bingham. Sam is a long-term partner of the Lyreco fleet team and has coordinated the supply of the vehicles from the fleet sales division at Renault Retail Group.
Richard Taylor, head of operations supply chain for Lyreco UK & Ireland, said: “The purchase of Master E-Tech vans sends a clear message to our customers, our colleagues and the wider public, of our green credentials and commitment to sustainability.”
“It means that where range and payload permit, our deliveries in London will be made by 100% electric vehicles that will not contribute to air and noise pollution.”
The 17 electric vans will reduce Lyreco’s carbon emissions by approximately 111 tonnes of CO2 per year.

Sean has headed ERA Fleet Cost Management since early 2009 and has more than 30 years’ experience in fleet operations for cars and light commercial vehicles.
Prior to joining ERA, Sean was a director of new business for Bank of Scotland Vehicle Finance/Lex leading a team driving a consultancy proposition to the UK corporate market place.
Sean has successfully implemented fleet efficiency solutions into more than 100 organisations including large multinationals and Pan European operations.
