Charles Reid joined ERA in 2005, after a 13-year career within the Parcel distribution market with Securicor Omega Express (now Yodel) and latterly as Managing Director of an ANC Express Franchise (now FedEx UK).

Charles has delivered consistently for ERA’s clients both as a successful Key Account Manager and Project Specialist.

Since 2017, after spending more than a decade in Business Development, Charles has predominantly concentrated his time as a Distribution Project Specialist and has successfully delivered consistently several £million per annum savings to the clients he works with, majoring in the Ecommerce/Retail, Wholesale and the Manufacturing sectors.

In 2020, James Dawson joined his team, bringing a wealth of additional expertise which has led to further significant benefits to his clients.
