Zoe has unsurpassed of knowledge of the UK Mailroom and Postage marketplace.
Before joining ERA, Zoe worked as Operations Director for one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of Postal Franking Machines and other related products within the UK and Europe.
Since joining ERA she has successfully worked with clients in the commercial, charities and legal sectors, advising them how to reduce their spending when sending mail, whilst suggesting improvements in process and procedures.
Zoe has strong stakeholder management skills and her friendly approach ensures she engages all project team members within both client and supplier businesses. Her experience allows Zoe to offer well researched advice, due to her thorough and unsurpassed understanding of the working practices, procedures and sometimes confusing tariffs offered by Royal Mail and its competitors.
Her keen eye for detail ensures that Zoe’s “hands on” approach in analysing data is both systematic and accurate. She is a keen advocate of good supplier management and understands the benefits that building such relationships can bring to her clients.
Zoe has a strong commercial background with a raft of skills including, contract negotiation, implementation of quality systems, audit review in addition to her broad understanding of the Postage and Distribution market.
