Summary:
Expense Reduction Analysts work with executives and key stakeholders to help companies manage and reduce their costs. We achieve this through delivering mutually agreed cost reduction programmes tailored to suit clients needs. We are very good at doing this and I take a great pride in converting some of our more sceptical clients into enthusiasts! Our savings average is nearly 20% and to put this in context, this is working with significant companies who often have their own buying departments and feel they are already getting best value. We have significant purchasing influence and market knowledge enabling the delivery of savings to clients over a long-term risk-free relationship - if we can't find you a saving our service is free! Most unique is our ability to address virtually any area of spend through our network of expertise in over 140 different expense categories including but not limited to insurance, banking fees, utilities, property costs, communications, logistics, medical supplies & facilities management, office supplies etc ...all achieved without compromising the quality of the goods or services purchased and, more often than not, without changing suppliers. It is great working for a company where we offer real, auditable value over the period of a long term relationship. Previously I have spent most of my working life in the retail motor trade working at Director level. Please see my history for more details but during this time I worked mostly with Mercedes-Benz and BMW franchises but during my 25 year career in motors, I also worked with Citroen, Nissan, VW and Ford. I am a golfing nut, swimmer and musician, married to Sian with two children, Jason who is 20 and Harriet 18.

I was selected to run the groups Flagship dealership and the only BMW outlet in the group. This involved passing a day-long assessment for BMW conducted by an external agency. The dealerships turnover was about £50m, which in BMW terms put us in the top ten percent.

The Group was anxious to acquire additional BMW opportunities and it was felt that my management style and team building ability would promote the groups aspirations with BMW.
